Rally the Cats Quest Guide: Where to Find All Missing Cats in Where Winds Meet

Ever found yourself playing a hero in a vast open world, only to be tasked with something as simple and heartwarming as finding lost cats? In Where Winds Meet, the Rally the Cats quest does exactly that, and it's a delightful detour from the usual sword-swinging and spell-casting.

This Wandering Tales quest takes place in the Qinghe region, where you'll need to track down three missing felines. It's a quick and rewarding side quest that gives you a warm fuzzy feeling (and some nice loot). Let's dive in.

**Starting the Quest**

Head to the Mercyheart Monastery in the northwestern corner of Qinghe. Just west of the entrance, you'll spot a little girl named Miaomiao by the shoreline. She's comforting a stray cat named Boss Meow, who's worried about his missing companions.

Talk to Miaomiao, and she'll explain that she usually checks on the cats regularly, but today three of them haven't shown up. She asks for your help, and Boss Meow gives you a special bell that will convince the missing cats to come back.

**Finding the Missing Cats**

All three cats are located near the entrances of puzzle dungeons in the area. Here's where to find each one:

1. **First Cat (Closest)**: From the quest start, head east to the Vanishing Steps in Snow dungeon entrance. The cat is on a rocky ledge behind a statue. You'll see an NPC named Jingkong wandering nearby.

2. **Second Cat**: Southeast of the first location, you'll find the Stone Quake dungeon entrance. The cat is right beside the entrance.

3. **Third Cat**: Farther east, near the Coppergold Hollow dungeon entrance. Look to the right of the entrance, and you'll spot the cat on a rocky ledge.

Once you've rung the bell near each cat, they'll follow you back to Miaomiao.

**Completing the Quest and Rewards**

Return to Miaomiao, and you'll find all the cats gathered together. Speak with her to complete the quest. Your efforts will be rewarded with:

- Echo Jade x40 - Qinghe Exploration x10 - Coin x5,000 - Character EXP x7,500
